 Melissa Frasco is a M.A. candidate in the International Migration Studies program at the CUNY Graduate Center. Her main interests revolve around intersectionality, immigrant advocacy, gendered violence, and the experiences of undocumented Spanish sp

Melissa Frasco is a M.A. candidate in the International Migration Studies program at the CUNY Graduate Center. Her main interests revolve around intersectionality, immigrant advocacy, gendered violence, and the experiences of undocumented Spanish speaking individuals. She has worked closely with the undocumented population professionally and through her volunteer work. Most recently she worked with a social work agency assisting undocumented individuals in finding community resources throughout the pandemic. Melissa holds a BA from SUNY New Paltz where she studied Sociology and Spanish.
